Not that it was Dan Heng's guilt to feel...but he could not help it. Ever since he had set foot in the sacred Dragon palace, snippets of memories had also begun trickling into his mind along with the surge of knowledge that belonged to every incarnation of Yinyue-jun. Try as he may to be dispassionate, it simply wasn't possible anymore.
[A/N - This version of the fic has been discontinued. I feel like my understanding of the two main characters has changed too much in the time I have been away to stay true to the original draft -and while I could still do that and have attempted to do so - it would bugging me constantly while I write. Unfortunately I cannot predict a timeframe for when the updated version will come out because I want to have it mostly done by the time I start publishing chapters again, so that I don't run into the same issue I did.
