Summary
Jaeyun. Sunghoon mouths the word. The word seems to want to be in his mouth, and once it is in his mouth, it sits there cozy and warm.
“Jaeyun?” He says it out loud, the name, and he gets no response. The body is fully unconscious now but still breathing. Sunghoon looks at him, at Jaeyun, and he understands that there’s no one else here, that there’s no boat that has come in, no shipwreck.
I cannot leave this here, he thinks. I cannot leave this here, and I cannot bring any other person near it, because if anyone else came near it I don’t know what would happen, what they would do, and I do not want to know.
And then there is another thought underneath all of these. This washed up onto my sand. This is for me.
Or: For six years, the sea has been Park Sunghoon’s only company. Then she gives him Jaeyun.

Summary
[prequel to kissing & teasing]
"We agreed on something. Before we enlisted. We said we’d keep it clean."
It started in 2016 with a blurred line in a cramped hotel room. A temporary lapse in judgment that accidentally became their biggest secret.
For eight years, Taehyung and Jeongguk navigated a dangerous, intoxicating orbit behind closed doors—shifting boundaries, playing games, and pretending they had it all under control.

Summary
“Why are you looking at me like that?” Jake asked, the question slipping out raw and unguarded.
Sunghoon’s mouth lifted at the corner—a faint, familiar reflex that made Jake’s chest cave in. “I forgot I wasn’t allowed to anymore.”
Jake let out a sharp, breathless sound. He meant it as a laugh, but it came out like grief. “We had years, Sunghoon.”
“No,” Sunghoon said quietly, the certainty in his voice heavier than anger. “We had chances. Years were just what passed while we wasted them.”
Some things cost more the longer you want them.
Each other, for example.

Summary
It is not a crime to fall in love with someone. Yet for some reason , love is the one thing that Sunghoon fears the most. For someone of his caliber ; love should be easy going and not this painstakingly awful process to go through. And when someone finally holds the key to his heart; he wants to suddenly change the locks.
I am a man of my words. I do not lie , i do not take my promises lightly. so why is it when he is beside me, my promises are broken, my heart aches for his touch — his lips against mine, his hands pressed against mine ? I want to consume him in ways unknown to man. The way he makes me feel a certain way is despicable. I have not allowed myself to feel like this in years. I know that my fear is the one that will crash and burn everything, but i will not lie that he is my guilty pleasure. No. No. No This is wrong. This cannot happen. No. I — He is nothing but a memory. A sweet fading memory I should not have to remember. A bad dream.
Or: Sunghoon meets Heeseung again, after 6 months of silence.
