Casey woke slowly, cradled in the warmth of the sunlight streaming through the half-closed blinds and Court's arms securely around him. He blinked open an eye to glare at the window, then melted into the pillow as he felt Court shift closer, pressing a kiss to the back of his neck.
"Morning," Court murmured, the low rumble of his voice threatening to lull Casey back to sleep. He let out a soft groan, burying his face in the pillow, and felt a chuckle reverberate through Court's chest. He yawned, digging his fingers into the bed and stretching like a cat, and froze momentarily as he brushed back into Court's tented pyjama pants.

Ratio finally turned, his expression one of profound intellectual offense. "Infiltration. Necessary, perhaps. But the proposed methodology is... ludicrous." He gestured dismissively towards a specific section of the briefing. "Posing as a newly-wealthy couple on a 'romantic getaway' to gain access to Larose's inner circle? The statistical probability of failure due to interpersonal incompatibility and the sheer inefficiency of maintaining such a charade is astronomical."
