Summary
After his ruts become too much to bear alone, Draco resigns himself to finding a rut assistant—an omega who will offer aid him twice yearly, when he cannot prevent the cycle any longer. It's meant to be a business arrangement, organised by the most highly rated clinic in the country. He doesn't realise just how intimate it can be to spend a rut with an omega and, even though he's warned of it ahead of time, he finds himself becoming attached.
The only problem? His omega has a past of her own, reasons for keeping him at a distance. Whether or not a connection exists between them, Hermione is unwilling to even entertain the idea of anything more than a professional relationship. However, in spite it all, Draco remains undeterred.
What will happen when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object?
