Osamu tapped his chopsticks against the table, choosing his words carefully. “Let’s say hypothetically,” he began, “ya have a non-demi curious semi-binary relationship and ya might be getting a tineeny tiny attachment. What would ya do? I’m askin’ for a friend."
Ginjima blinked. “A what?"
"A non-demi curious semi-binary relationship."
“So a situationship?”
“Semantics.”
"And yer getting attached?" Ginjima narrowed his eyes. “Why are ya askin’? Are ya dating?”
“What? No. I literally said I’m askin’ for a friend.”
Situationships wasn’t supposed to be complicated. But with Suna Rintarou, everything is. And somehow, Osamu doesn’t hate it.

This man, his best friend, is going to be the death of him, Osamu thinks as realization dawns on him. Suna wants him to get on his knees and beg for it as desperately as he would beg any God for a miracle. And Osamu isn’t a believer, but Suna—Suna, he would worship. To him, he would pray, beg, do anything he wanted him to.

Alternatively, Osamu didn't think that shotgunning his best friend would be this hot. Maybe. Or maybe he always knew how it would end and did it anyway.
