''Finn.''
The agony fades slightly, and he manages to look up.
Robin is crouching beside him, worry warping his flawless features. Concern is painted into the night sky that are his eyes, and before Finney can be stunned that Robin is right here, wet hands cup his face gently.
‘’What hurts?’’ Robin asks, and Finney has to bite back a choked sob.
‘’Everything.’’ He replies, eyelids drooping.
He’s so tired, the shock over Robin talking to him, and touching him, is lost.
‘’Okay,’’ Robin says quietly. ‘’Okay.’’
Or, Finney and Robin haven't spoken in three years, after Robin completely cut off contact. That all changes when Robin walks in on Finney slumped against the school bathroom wall, bloody and broken.

Summary
Robin Arellano and Finney Blake, fourteen, having survived the grabber are now in high school. Their relationship strained and their PTSD in full force seems to make everything more difficult. As if high school isn't hard enough already.
On top of dealing with their PTSD and attempting to be 'normal' teens, they also have to juggle complicated relationships, overly concerned family members, and typical high school drama.
Part 2 of Infant and Innocent, focusing on the trauma that comes with just surviving and the expectations put on those who make it out. A new focus on Finney and Robin's relationship now that they're older and have the complicated shared experience of the grabber tying them together. Are their feelings for each other solely because of that or is there something more there?

Summary
At first, Finney thought he was dead.
He woke in pieces, like something dredged up from the bottom of a lake. He was moving - though it wasn’t him; he was being cradled, the motion swaying him in a loping, uneven rhythm that dragged at his stomach. Then there was a sensation of pressure: a hard arm hooked beneath his ribs, another bracing his back.
He was being carried, his brain tried to tell him again, and the realization surfaced slowly, thick and sluggish, like pushing through mud.
His head lolled, neck refusing to hold it upright. Every shift sent a dull, splitting ache through his skull, as if something inside it had cracked and was grinding with each step. His throat burned raw, tight when he tried to swallow, like he’d been screaming for hours and forgot.
Thinking didn’t come easy, either. Thoughts slid past each other, half-formed, dissolving before they finished. Soup. Everything felt like soup.
But he knew that much, at least.

Summary
Robin and Finn, two polar opposites who somehow managed to become best friends. One day walking home from school together their world is turned upside down as they are both taken by the infamous grabber. Now trapped in the basement with a monster all too eager to hurt them they must learn to survive together. Will they be able to keep going despite the pain and violence being done to them? Finney swears he keeps hearing a phone ringing and Robin is just desperate to go home.
A story about Finney and Robin both being taken by the grabber and going through some traumatic events together, leaning on each other for support, and fighting just to stay alive.
