Summary
Billy dies but he's not gone, he spends most of his time haunting Steve.

He watches Billy out of his peripheral, "That's right pretty boy get comfortable." The whisper because it is always a whisper no matter how loud a ghost gets, has heat pooling in his belly and staining his cheeks. It makes Steve feel bold, has him doing something he never does.
Steve usually strips his clothes off in the bathroom right before he hops in the shower but it is not as if his parents are home anyhow so he starts stripping right here. Steve pulls his shirt up over his head biting his lip to keep from smiling when Billy groans stroking himself faster. He turns, tossing his shirt toward the laundry basket and frowning when he misses it by a whole foot.
Billy gives a laugh and Steve pouts thinking about just leaving him to it. “Now strip the rest for me, pretty boy.” Billy does not know he can hear him and Steve certainly does not have to follow his order but he wants to.
