Summary
As per Stark tradition, Tony moved through life by putting forward the reputation that got him places--he did what he had to do to gain a footing. In doing so, he engineered himself to meld in perfectly to a world made for Alphas and their glorious wings and huge egos. To everyone around him, Tony was unquestionably Alpha. Too bad that after his fourth molt, he presented as something else entirely. Years later, after he learned to cope with being an Omega by not being an Omega, he joined the Avengers Initiative and fiercely protected his heart and his wings. But although he could pass as one of the Alphas he'd been running with for decades, no one is perfect, especially Tony Stark.
No one--certainly not the Avengers Flock--expected a single azure feather smelling of fresh orange blossoms to lead to this.

Their captor spoke, and Yinsen translated a moment later. “He says he’s brought you a gift.”
The two guards tossed the body on the ground in the middle of the room. It took Tony a moment to realize that the body wasn’t just small, it was a child. A girl, perhaps five or six years old, unconscious and dressed in filthy rags that barely passed for a shirt and skirt, bruises visible on every inch of exposed skin. If it weren’t for the tiny whimper she gave upon hitting the ground, he would’ve thought she was dead.
“A gift?” Tony asked, projecting his confusion over his rage. “Why would I want a kid?”

Summary
“What I find absolutely fascinating,” Riddle said, stalking closer, “is you.” He marched forward, backing Harry up until he was pinned to the cool wall of the common room. “Do you know why?”

After an accident, Auror Harry Potter wakes up in the body of fourteen year old Nathan Ciro, a tormented Slytherin who recently tried to end his own life. Seeking answers to his strange predicament, Harry returns to Hogwarts, and causes quite the stir through staff and students - especially when they come to realise he is not the same boy as before.
He tries to avoid suspicion, but as his quest for the truth draws more and more attention to him, Harry begins to think that he might not like what he will discover.
