Summary
The basement of Piltover University library was secluded, full of dampening carpet and walls, and was good for exactly two things: fraternity hazing rituals in the dead of night, and a quick fuck. The latter was something that Mel and Vik knew intimately. They’d made it a routine: study for an hour until tensions built up to a high, and then spend the next fifteen minutes blowing off steam.

Summary
The cabin itself lay nestled up in a tree-covered hill. The large log structure stood proud amongst the snow covered pines that surrounded it. Jayce was surprised to see a path through the snow to the covered porch had already been carved for them. The snow was taller than Jayce realized was possible, almost up to his shoulders on either side of the cleared path to the porch.

Viktor had never been terribly fond of beaches. Sand was scratchy and got everywhere, especially in his braces (Jayce was dedicated to designing one with him that would withstand the challenges that such an environment posed). Alas, he had only himself to blame. His only request for the honeymoon was ‘somewhere warm’.

Summary
“Can you check the forecast again, love?” Mel’s voice rang from the bathroom, echoey and light.
Jayce glanced out the large window behind him, which painted a very complete picture. Dark clouds had been looming overhead, threatening to open the floodgates, all day. Jayce opened his suit jacket and pulled his phone out. Before he’d even gotten his phone unlocked, a low rumble shook the entire house. Jayce looked over at Mel, where she was leaning forward against the bathroom countertop. She looked over at him in surprise, mascara wand still in hand.
They shared a look. A look that said exactly one thing: they were not leaving the house that night.

Mel and Jayce get rained in, so they spend the night at home, doing absolutely nothing.

Summary
Viktor did not consider himself a violent person. He wasn’t quick to anger. He had never had the urge to punch or kick or scream. But standing in front of his washing machine as it flooded his poor bathroom floor, all he could do was hit the damn thing as hard as he could, swearing loudly in every language he knew.
