Anger boils in Billy as he realizes Steve is flirting, he may not be trying very hard, rather insincere, eyes glancing at Robin like maybe she put him up to it but it pisses him off nonetheless. Billy marches the rest of the way to the front counter shoving the girls out of the way and ignoring the outraged shouts.
Steve's eyes widen before he is frowning looking at Billy with worry. “What’s wrong B- Hargrove?”
“Back room now.” Billy practically grows marching back there ignoring Robin’s protests that he is not supposed to be back there. Steve will clear it up and then come find him in back if he knows what is good for him.

Summary
Billy will give in soon. He has to. He never makes Steve suffer to the point of true discomfort. But his dick is throbbing as the vibration kicks up again, the small whimper he lets out echoing off the tile.
Steve’s legs had given out shortly after walking into the room. The vibration patterns are impossible to figure out. As soon as he starts getting used to a pattern, Billy switches it to a different one. He had started to worry about pre leaking through his pants, which is why he’d hidden in the bathroom in the first place.
But now that’s screwing Steve over. His legs are too weak to go find Billy and tell him he’s done.
