Basically Makoto brushes of his heat cycle as a 'fever' but it soon gets worse until Byakuya came home.
Byakuya tries to restrain but eventually fails when Makoto makes Byakuya finger him.

Summary
Tsujinaka Yoshiki finally accepts himself as queer, and took the chance to confess his emotional, romantic, and sexual feelings for his childhood friend, Indou Hikaru (OG Indou Hikaru).
Yoshiki and Hikaru were always and will continue to be inseparable, the second they met.
Hikaru is Yoshiki's comfort. He never resorts to violence; he seeks comfort from Hikaru.
Meanwhile, with Hikaru, he is confused as to what he feels about Yoshiki.
Does he like Yoshiki as a friend, or more than that?
He never faces his real feelings, yet makes it obvious.
But Yoshiki? Is a romance stupid. All those unintentional soft launches from Hikaru were all signs of being friends with him.Growing up in an anti-queer environment, Yoshiki became a victim of internalized homophobia.
He doesn't hate other gay people; he hates himself for being gay.
He knows this isn't a choice, but being gay comes with consequences.
Consequences of never being able to live a life.
Consequences of people acting weird around you.
