Sound hurt.
He couldn't help but whimper again- but was silenced by a massive presence that had already been so close to him- wait.

"Shhh..." Earth heard a gentle shush, followed by the massive arms cradling him closer, moving as if he were made of glass-
As whoever it was picked him up so carefully, and pressed them close to their chest. Close enough to feel the steady rise and fall, as well as-
Warm.
That single thought stopped everything else.
Earth nuzzled into the source of heat on instinct.
Another large hand cradled his head and back, thumb carefully petting his hair. Once the little planet managed to soak up some of the warmth, he tried opening his eyes again.
His vision was still horrible, and it hurt to keep his eyes open- but he was greeted by a mass of yellow, with giant, sparkling rings above their head.

Earth finally wakes up.
