secondary genders don’t usually pose as a problem for most people. they are instincts, urges within them that they could easily suppress. though, a small few are different. their secondary overpowers their primary, forcing them to act on their primitive instincts with little to no control.
as it turns out, katsuki just so happened to be doomed with this lack of control.

after a crude physical exam, katsuki bakugou is diagnosed as pure-dominant omega. his omegan instincts are strong and uncontrollable, often overbearing. all his life, he was unable to mate with or merely smell the pheromones of an alpha without being sent into a whole world of pain. his omega craves something else.
that something just so happens to be izuku midoriya, a prime enigma with cock so long and a knot so huge, even other dominant-omegas couldn’t take him or his aggression.
