Kara bites her lip, and he can practically hear the gears in her mind turning. After a moment she reaches up and slowly pulls her hair to one side, exposing her neck.

Since Hayley cannot have anything nice ever, instead of escaping Klaus Mikaelson and his insane family, she's ended up trapped in a house with the infuriating bastard, carrying his miracle baby and a whole lotta repressed feelings.
One of which happens to be unrelenting horniness.
Letting Klaus wash her hair was supposed to be *only* that - a hair wash. Instead, it turns into a miniature flood, way more internal dialogue than the author intended, and perhaps a little feelings realisation... wink wink
