Summary
After returning from Spain, Leon S. Kennedy drops off the face of the earth.
Chris Redfield doesn't go looking for him because he cares; he does it because Claire is worried, and he'd like to give the scumbag a piece of his mind for upsetting his little sister.
Unfortunately, tracking Leon's phone only to find it sitting directly beside a huge, suspiciously blonde wolf complicates things just a little.
Leon is determined to isolate himself for fear of hurting the people he loves.
Chris is determined to find a cure so that he'll stop sulking in the forest and return to society. How hard could babysitting a giant dog be?
(Basically Chris and Leon live in a shed in the woods together while they try to find a cure for lycanthropy and also maybe fall in love a little bit along the way)

Summary
Chris Redfield: mechanic assistant, caring big brother, and loyal dweller of Vault 98. His life is as normal as it could be for someone living deep underground to escape a hellish radioactive wasteland. Until the lights go out.
When the power plant for the vault fails, Chris has to go out into the wasteland to find a replacement. The last thing he wants to do is go up there, in the radiation, and leave his little sister behind. But someone has to. He'll have to power through and find the next nearest vault. It's not like there's any people alive up there on surface anyways.
Leon S. Kennedy: lone mercenary, bad attitude, and one of the suckers stuck up here in the Capital Wasteland. His life has never been normal, ever. It can only get weirder when he oh so nicely goes out of his way to save some idiot vault dweller from getting killed by a pack of roaming raiders.
Well, shit. This guy is gonna get himself killed. He doesn't know up from down or Monday from Tuesday, and he sure as hell ain't making it to another vault in one piece. Leon will help him to get where he's going, and then he'll dip. It's better that way.

Summary
Leon gasped, the sudden impact causing an involuntary, desperate whimper to slip past his lips—a sound that could easily give away his biological status.
“Look, this is a peak performance for me right now,” Leon growled out, his voice catching in his throat as he continued to keep Chris covered. “I'm working with questionable optimism. Save the critiques, keep your head high, and shoot!”
Chris remained focused on the target, unaware of the internal battle Leon was fighting. With the weapon leveled and firing, Chris's firm grip stayed clamped on Leon's shoulder, keeping him anchored safely underneath him.
A confusing, aggressive heat started pooling in Chris's veins—his own alpha blood demanding he secure and comfort his teammate. Unaware that his teammate was an omega, the suppressants had worn off and their heat had begun, Chris tightened his grip on his rifle and Leon's shoulder, his knuckles turning white.
