    Quando sei un chirurgo le persone tendono ad avere una buona opinione di te, talmente buona da non accorgersi che la maggior parte dei tuoi interventi si conclude con la morte del paziente. Il dottor Cioccolata agisce impunemente da anni, e la sua carriera da serial killer non pare destinata a fermarsi.
    Un giorno, però, sotto il suo bisturi passa un ragazzo giovane, sui vent'anni, aspirante suicida: Secco. A Secco non importa che Cioccolata lo uccida, anzi, ne sarebbe felice.
    E di fronte a tanta arrendevolezza Cioccolata si rende conto all'improvviso di non sapere più ciò che vuole.

    "I’d like you to do exactly as I say”, Cioccolata murmurs against Secco’s chapped lips. “If you don’t, I’ll just have to do all of it to you instead. Do we understand each other?”

    "Yes”, Secco whimpers.

    "Good.” Cioccolata slides his hand into Secco’s hair and pets him, kissing his cheek and enjoying his scent, giving him a last moment of respite before his punishment.
