    In short-
    International break doesn`t begin, go or end as Florian would have expected it. And apparently that helps him get aware of before ignored feelings. Or one should hope so. In the end, he`s also just a 21 year old footballer that may or may not have a week long breakdown about his fellow teammate being injured that ends with him in a funnily, very fitting situation with said teammate.

    Julian ist 20, seine Karriere bei Bayer Leverkusen beginnt gerade und eigentlich könnte alles so einfach und normal sein. Eigentlich...

    Wenn Julian sich nicht ständig Ausreden einfallen lassen müsste, wieso er nicht mit den anderen duschen kann, wieso es kaum Fotos von ihm als Kind gibt, wieso er bei Auswärtsfahrten immer ein Einzelzimmer bekommt - wobei die Antwort auf Letzteres mittlerweile wie aus der Pistole geschossen kommt: "ich schnarche".
    Denn abgesehen von den Teamärzten und dem Trainer hat keiner in der Mannschaft eine Ahnung davon, dass Julian in Wirklichkeit trans ist. Und als zu seinem ganzen Versteckspiel auf einmal noch der unverschämt süße Jugendspieler Kai Havertz auf den Plan tritt, gerät Julians gesamte Welt ins Wanken.
    Wie soll er das alles stemmen, ohne sich irgendwann selbst zu verraten? Und was noch viel wichtiger ist: kann er überhaupt wirklich ein Mann sein, wenn er einen anderen Mann begehrt?
