"Why are you here?" Kaoru asked with his face still hiding on Kojiro’s shoulders.
"I was looking everywhere for you." Kojiro said.
"Nobody asked you to."
More silence.
"You should go to your girlfriend. I don’t need you anymore. Just go."
"First you need to let go of my shirt, four eyes. And what do you mean you don’t need me? Who is going to feed you?" Kojiro laughed.
Kaoru pushed him away and got out of his lap. "It’s time for you to go, Kojiro. Your girlfriend is waiting."
"Again, with this? I don’t have a girlfriend, Kaoru!" Kojiro shouts, already tired of this conversation.
"Yes, you do! Kaomi for now." Kaoru looked at him with pain in his eyes. "I don’t know why you care to hide from me, when you can just leave me and go stay with her."
"Her name is Kaori, and for goodness' sake, she’s just a friend."
"You don’t make Valentine’s chocolate for a friend, Kojiro. You buy them candy. I know this because it’s what I get every year. But I’m sure you don’t even remember that anymore."***
Two idiots in love. Kaoru is jealous of Kojiro making Valentine chocolate for someone else. -

They walk hand in hand for like 20 minutes, and Kaoru can’t shut up about how much he loves the Nanjos. Kojiro doesn’t say a word, but he finally stopped crying. Once they arrive at the restaurant, they’re welcomed by a strange but familiar lady. Kojiro runs to hug her and hide his crying face.
"There you are, dear! You shouldn’t wander around alone when you don’t know your way here." The nice lady suggests petting his head.
"You must be his mom. I found him crying on the street," Kaoru says with a polite smile on his face.
"I WAS NOT CRYING! WHY ARE YOU SO MEAN? Kojiro turns to yell at him.
"I’M NOT MEAN! YOU ARE A CRYING BABY!"
"YOU CAN GO NOW."
"YOU’RE WELCOME! AGAIN!" Seriously, what is his problem
"Come on now, what is all this yelling in my restaurant?" Kaoru hears nonna Nanjo approaching.~
I don't know how to summarize this story. Kaoru will be forced into a marriage and will try to leave after a few years of misery.
This chapter is just a peek into the past to elaborate where they'll be headed. -

He knocks first and tries to open the door, but it's locked. "Not hungry," he hears his boyfriend's weak voice through the door, and he nearly tears up again.
"Baby, it's me" Kojiro says softly.
"There's no baby of yours here. Get out!" He sounds angry and hurt.
"Come on, 'Ru open the door, please. Let's talk about it." He tries to plead.
"I have nothing to say to you, and I definitely don't want to hear about your leaving again. Just get out." He can hear something being thrown at the door, probably his pillow.
He was right, his boyfriend is an idiot. How could he think that Kojiro was leaving him? They were made to be together, and nothing can change that.~
Or: Kojiro is leaving to Italy and Kaoru doesn't know how to cope. -

Summary
It wasn’t his fault that people didn’t do what they were supposed to do. If he loaned someone money and they didn’t pay it back, it was only fair of him to go after what he was due. Arguably, his methods could be considered scary or violent or criminal but all's fair in love and war.. or rather in loans and repayment.
He didn’t get where he was by taking out loans and not paying them back; he got where he was by stealing money and killing whoever would even think of asking for it back. A real entrepreneur if he was going to be completely honest about it.
He handled his debts so it was only fair that the Sakurayashiki family handled theirs.
When Kojiro demands repayment from Sakurayashiki family for a loan that they were unable to repay he gets more than he bargained for with their pink-haired spitfire of a son.

Kaoru is an omega and he's been certain he can't have children even though he's always wanted them. He meets an insufferable alpha, Nanjo Kojiro, and gets pregnant whilst all their hate fucking. It started with sexual tension and insults but now Kaoru's pretty sure he's in love with the swamp haired man.
Kojiro never thought about settling down. Not at least until he met Kaoru. The omega was fascinating, making Kojiro feel like he was pulled towards Kaoru as naturally as gravity. He never truly hated the pink haired man even if he threw an insult after the other. However, all it took was one soft kiss for Kojiro to fall in love.
Or
Kaoru and Kojiro are enemies, they hate fuck, Kaoru gets pregnant, they fight, fall in love, be idiots, and then be a happy family.

Summary
Kojiro opens the door and looks around into the quiet street, frowning. It’s empty of life, no person in sight; the few other shops and restaurants located on the same street having long been closed by this time. He does hear some slight rustling, but it’s the small cooing noise that brings his attention downwards to the wicker basket left on the doorstep of Sia la luce. He slowly squats down so that he is closer to the baby occupying the basket.
“Hey there, sweetheart,” he says, his voice quiet so as not to disturb the little one. He reaches his arm over and grasps a tiny hand between his thumb and forefinger. “Where did you come from?”
Kojiro smiles gently as he picks up the basket and heads back indoors. He softly closes the door behind him and when he turns back into the restaurant, Kaoru is much closer to him leaning up against a nearby table.
“What’s—” Kaoru’s eyes widen when he sees the baby. “Uh, where did that come from?”
