Summary
Izuku Midoriya is 14, Quirkless, friendless and desperately wants to be a Hero. But not a Hero like All Might or Endeavour, with flashy Quirks. Izuku wants to be a Hero for people like him, the Quirkless, the ones with villainous Quirks, the ones with mutations that get them ostracized. He’s going to become a Hero for the people like him.
Shouto “Reiko” Todoroki is 14, has a powerful Quirk and is going to be a Hero. But not the kind of Hero her stupid father wants her to be. She’ll become a Hero using only her mother’s Quirk and save her family from her father. She’s going to become a Hero for herself, her mother, her sister and her brothers.
They’re two sides of the same coin and once they meet at U.A, things will never be the same.
But first, they have to get there.

Summary
AU where Izuku decides he's going to become the first Quirkless Hero the world has ever seen and the world adjusts accordingly. Meanwhile, Todoroki is a trans girl named Reiko who has a cat quirk along with Half Hot, Half Cold. It takes a while for Reiko to realize that being trans is a thing, so there's accidental misgendering for a while until she realises she's a girl and starts meeting people she feels safe coming out to. The fic also features:
Trans girl Shinsou named Hitomi.
Class 1-B being more relevant.
Inasa being at UA.
Dad Might and Dadzawa.
Mineta doesn't exist.

Summary
The brighter the light, the darker the shadows. And in a super-powered society, those shadows are dark indeed. But whilst the world desperately trained more and more heroes, making that light brighter and brighter, the prestigious hero school, UA, had another idea. Why not tackle the problem at its source?
And so was born the infamous class 1-A. Would-be criminals from all over the country were selected, and a group of twenty now roam the halls of the school, alongside the heroes of the next generation.
Last year, the entirety of Mr Aizawa’s class A graduated. But this year was different. No, he didn’t believe they would all graduate back into society like the classes before them. He believed they could become something bigger. That was why, with gritted teeth and a manic smile, Eraser Head turned to his new class of students and said:
"You aren't villains - you never were, and you never will be. But you can take that fire inside of you and put it to good use. We're in a hero school, aren't we? Well then...
"Let's be heroes."
