It was a complicated feeling, Ace knew from experience. At one time you instantly loved them, but it was also overwhelming. The connection, or connections tugged from something deep in your core. You could feel them all- strings of all colors conveying emotion along them, the intent and tone of the words, and if you focused on it, the emotions of your partners. Their longings and joys and sorrows became your own.
It could be terrifying, but also joyous because you weren't ever alone.
“There's four!” Luffy beamed.
Ace took his brother's wrist and turned his arm, counting the different sets of handwriting. “Three.”
And a strange look came over Luffy's face, concentration, concern, but at the same time confident in his assessment. “No, definitely four… I can feel them.”

From the moment Gen learned of Senku’s existence, Senku has been a miracle worker. Tracking the days of his petrification, crafting cola from almost nothing, going head to head with enemy after enemy, Senku has always been on an entirely different level. Seeing him like this, so calm and collected as he surrenders to the difficulty of their situation disturbs Gen like nothing else. He’s supposed to be ridiculous. He’s supposed to suggest something wild, like making a pit stop on Mars, or setting up a moon base, and then gallivanting off into the sunset after they’ve won.
He's supposed to stay by Gen's side.

Gen is usually confident and comfortable in his own skin, with the only exception to this being during his god awful heat.
Some omegas enjoyed romantising the process of a heat, and all the power to them if that helped them through it, however due to his more irregular, long and painful cycles, Gen had developed a more pessimistic and spiteful attitude towards it. He was not horny, instead more achey, annoyed and distraught.~~~
