    However they have announcend a revelation for the world: Within twenty four hours the private identities of the highest ranking heroes of the world would be revealed to the public.
    Thus the HPSC has deemed it necessary to gather as many heroes to apprehend them immedieatly.

    They'll find it's quite a bit harder to catch things that may not even exist...
