After the whole lineage of the Aurelius family was killed, only Elijah stood. King Elijah Aurelius, a cruel king that fought and made reforms. And he was pretty damn good in it.
One day he and his army went to the borders to discuss and try to get his land back in any way, he was ambushed. He fought and fought, unprepared and with not much armor. He won but was lead into a forest he didn't know much. Elijah thought that was that. The end of him and his kingdom, of his people. But a woman came, a peasant woman that came over quickly and helped him. Esther didn't know who he was and for some reason he wanted it to stay like that.
A king, staying at a peasant's place while her family looked confused? Being healed and taken care of by one?
Awful. How will he live after this? He should've just died there.
