Summary
Maki has looked up to Taki through out the years, and he's way too fond of him. He doesn't realise when he starting liking him, but Taki only considers him as a 'best friend' which often breaks Maki's heart. One day Maki is telling Nicholas about his feelings for Taki, who accidentally eavesdropped on their conversation, and starts avoiding the younger one.

Summary
At the age of 15 is usually when a young werewolf goes through what is called their awakening. This is when their primal instincts will finally start to show, their canines will grow a bit longer and sharper, and they will start to learn how to shift. It’s been like that for centuries, wolves of many generations have gone through their awakening, but very rarely does it take any more than a year or two for someone’s wolf to come forward.
Not Taki though, he's pretty sure his family gene skipped him or something, he turned 20 earlier this year and still had not a single sign of awakening. Being a whole five years late is completely unheard of, so he’s totally given up on the idea of ever truly being part of the pack.
