    This was taken from one of my other prompts and turned into a shorter story, for my dear friend, Silver.

     

    Actual summary:

     You lean over the ledge of the roof, feeling the breeze pushing you along.
    See? Even nature wants you to go.
    But your cowardice prevails. It’s too far down, and too scary. A bullet will be way faster..right?

    You shakily pull the pistol from its hidden place in your waistband.

    Kate is actually is the one that taught you how to shoot. But that was a long time ago, and you’re not that strong person you once were.
    You gaze down to the pistol as you watch yourself load it. It’s like nothing’s real.

    Are you even the one putting the gun up to your head? It doesn’t feel like it. Who is this person now?
