Summary
A heathy communication rewrite starting at Chapter 21 of TWK (Taryn and Locke's wedding).
A relatively small act of honesty and trust sends Jude and Cardan down a different path. Flirting and pining ensue.
“Do not go to bed alone tonight.”
He tilts his head and raises his eyebrows. “Is that— ” but I interrupt before he can finish the thought.
“Think of it as a sincere and urgent request.”
“If I didn’t know better, it would sound like you care for me.” A small smile creeps on his lips.
“It’s a good thing you do know better,” I say. His smile remains, but his eyes narrow at me. “Your death would cause me a headache and I am quite busy.”
“Very well. Do you have any recommendations?”Formally "This Feels Like a Date." The fic has evolved a lot and the old title hasn't made sense since chapter 6.

Summary
