If the stories were true, the Sentry was in desperate need of a wife. Most fae take human mates since fae had trouble conceiving children with other fae. But the human needed to give full consent for their hand; it was fae law and no one was ever stupid enough to offer their hand to the Sentry. He was dangerous after all, monstrous even.

After god knows how many years he finally saw those blood red eyes again and he felt giddy. He wanted so badly to just run to her and spin her into a hug with happy phrases like ‘it’s me! I am here! I found you!’ but he knew looking at her she probably didn’t remember or do hugs.
TLDR: In which Bob/Sentry/Void had an encounter with a powerful woman when he was a lab rat that made him obsessed with her.
