    Yokohama has long since sealed itself from the world. Anyone who comes out of Yokohama doesn't speak of what's inside. Heroes have no jurisdiction there. Everyone wants to know; how does a city where the majority of the population are quirkless survive?

    As he was about to turn into an alley, he heard a voice. It sounded like a mumble.

    “Don’t worry Chibi, I’ll get us to safety.”

    The voice sounded tired and out of breath.

    It sounded young.

    He quickly turned into the alleyway.

    He saw an odd silhouette of a person at the back of the alley and it seemed like they haven’t noticed him.

    Aizawa quietly made his way closer and his eyes widened at the sight.

    It wasn’t one person.

    It was two boys. Teenagers.

     

    Or Soukoku sent on a mission to infiltrate UA, Aizawa needs a break.

In Yokohama, abilities were feared, resented something to be hidden or exploited. Here, quirks were the norm, woven into their very DNA, a fact that had,of course, caught Mori’s interest.
    And then there was him, All Might. The number one hero. Their shining beacon of hope. A man who embodied everything this society stood for. Dazai scoffed to himself. Extraordinary? Sure. But far too predictable for my taste."

And what better way than to garner alliances than to go to the place where future heroes are being trained. So, they decide to send the best of the best to forge this relationship… Soukoku.
    With the task of teaching the famous class 1-A, the duo really has their work cut out for them with testing their view of the Hero's society.
