Rumi blinks, “My shoulders?”
“They’re…” What was with Mira today? It was like she couldn’t even complete a sentence when she was often so witty. In fact, being chill was her whole persona. Right now, she was being the complete opposite! “…out.” Rumi can’t help but allow an amused smile break out across her features, a small snicker escaping her lips as well.

Ava looked up at her, heart racketing for some reason. “I don’t have the money for a lawyer.”
Beatrice set a hand against the headboard of her bed, hips tilting for a more relaxed stance. “Don’t worry about the money. I’m not in it to get paid.”

“Friends?” Enid repeats dumbly, still staring up at Wednesday with a confused expression.
She froze as Wednesday reached out and stroked her cheek softly. “Despite everything, please know that I will love you and only you until the cold embrace of death comes for me. Even then, I will watch over you from the very depths of hell.”
With those parting words Wednesday stepped gracefully out the window and disappeared.
Enid whimpered in confusion as she turned to Thing.
“But…but we weren’t even dating?”

“I DON'T KNOW OR CARE HOW SHE LEARNED IT! ALL I KNOW IS THAT MY ROOMMATE IS COURTING ME!"
“No, Thing. I'm certainly not taking this too far.”
She aims her crossbow at the bear from her perch in the tall pine tree.
“She must learn that I'm still just as threatening as I've always been.”
Basically, Wednesday tries to prove that she's not going soft, but accidently starts courting Enid instead.

“You are my favorite person” She said bluntly “Is that reassuring enough, Enid?”
“Definitely” She blushed
AKA:
Wednesday almost dies, more pressingly though she watches Enid almost die protecting her. Then and there she decides that Enid will never be put in that position again. Wednesday would do anything for her, even if that means they are now both going to live. A story of the girls coming to terms with their trauma, realizing their love for each other, supporting each other, and loving each other unconditionally.
