A silence stretched out between the both of them.

It seemed this conversation was only embarrassing for one person, as Matty was keeping his cool remarkably well.
"Your date." He repeated, a smile tugging at his lips.
Care cringed when she heard the words said back to her. "Purely fictional, of course."
"That right?"
