Axel thought he was ready to be a trophy husband, getting an easy ride in life in exchange for taking care of his looks and being charming arm candy for the powerful CEO Maleficent. What he couldn't have been ready for was his teenaged step-son who is 1) extremely hot, 2) a total brat, and 3) absolutely trying to rile him up. Whatever, Roxas will be graduating and off to university within the year; how bad can things possibly get?

Axel finds a new lease on life by falling in love with a stranger only to be destroyed by his soulmate's death a day later in a slaughter at Camp Oath. When he discovers that there's something more going on at the grounds around Oath Lake, he knows he must do whatever it takes to find his way to Roxas so they can be together forever as he knows they are meant to be.

Axel picks up a mysterious bunny hybrid alien boy named Roxas from the woods while working for a shady organization that locks the alien up for "scientific research." Axel feels strangely affectionate towards Roxas, but things don't break until Roxas suddenly seems to be getting sick, and Axel finally enters his cage to help him feel better.
