Megumi doesn’t have the strength to say it would be everything. It was the last bit of him given away to a cursed spirit who didn’t—couldn’t—really care for him. That he had given everything else to Sukuna, through threats and whispered promises and danger, why did he have to give up the very last bit of himself that was only his.
But Megumi didn’t want to die.

Megumi brings mister tall, tattooed and handsome back to his dorm for some 'adult' fun, when he accidently learns Sukuna can't physically enter his room without an invitation. He hasn't been invited in, so he takes advantage of the situation. He wants him to BEG for what he wants.
“What? Do you need an invitation to come in?” Megumi chuckled, tossing his things on the desk, hands resting on the chair tucked beneath it.
Sukuna smirked, “That’s all the invitation I need–”
“It wasn’t an invitation–” Megumi licks his lips. “Get on your knees… and beg.”
