“Humans created from water, question?” Rocky asks, cutting Ryland off.
Ryland drags a hand through his hair, wishing for the dozenth time Rocky had some sort of facial expressions he could read. “Humans are 70% water-”
“No!” Rocky says, shuffling in the way he always does when he is frustrated at a communication issue. He sits for a second, tapping one of his feet against the sand, and then says, “Humans are born in ocean, question?”
“What? No, that’s-” And then Ryland stops, realizing while this information is obvious to him, it’s not to Rocky. It’s not like he’s had the birds and the bees talk about humans with Rocky yet. And hopefully will never have to. “No, Rocky, humans aren’t born in the ocean. Why are you asking about all this, anyway?”
“A human is in the ocean,” Rocky says, lifting his arm to gesture down the stretch of beach.
"What?"

Summary
“Just an interview would be good,” Peter said, clearing his throat. “I’m mostly a photographer, not sure I’ve got the interrogator qualifications.”
“Photographer, hmmm. . .well, I can definitely think of a few things you could take a picture of -” Deadpool started, then stopped, lenses narrowing. “Wait a flaming hot second. Peter Parker? Why does that name sound familiar?”
Peter tensed. Had someone figured out Spiderman’s secret identity and sicced a mercenary on him to try and catch him when he wasn’t in costume?
As Peter began to spiral, Deadpool glanced down at the newspaper in his lap, looking at the front page cover. He squinted, pulled the paper closer to his face, and then let out an auditory gasp.
“Holy shit balls, you’re the guy who takes all those hot pictures of Spiderman!”
“Excuse me?” Peter said, torn between relief and confusion.

or, Peter has to interview Deadpool, which quickly spirals into him being offered an obscene amount of money to sell Deadpool pictures of Spiderman. Between keeping up his secret identity, Deadpool’s flirting, and a growing mob threat, Peter quickly gets in over his head.

Summary
“You are fascinating,” the man said, emphasizing the last word like a prayer, like a confession, drawing the creature in with the spark of interest dancing behind his blue eyes. “Your blood runs through your veins in a chaotic symphony.”
And then the creature saw them, protruding from the man’s gums like twin daggers - a pair of sharp, fanglike teeth. He stared in awe, mystified by the new sight. “You are no mortal,” the creature said, eager for answers.
“No," the man agreed, grin pulling at the edges of his blood red mouth. “I am a vampyre."
Vampyre. The creature had read the word before in folk tales - stories of immortal demons who drank the blood of innocents to sustain their unholy existence.
“And you?" The vampyre prompted, gaze darting across the exposed strip of the creature’s face. “What manner of being are you?"
“A monster."

Logan’s fingers slid further in, forcing drool to leak out around Wade’s stretched lips. “No gag reflex, either.” Logan rocked his hips forward a bit, letting Wade feel his trapped erection. “Bet the whole ‘merc with the mouth’ bullshit isn’t just about you talking so damn much. How many other supers got to see you on your knees?”
Wade pressed back against Logan’s teasing movements, eyes fluttering. God he was such a slut for Logan calling him a slut. Especially when Logan knew good and goddamn well the only person Wade had touched in fucking months was him.
A low growl rumbled through the air and Wade refocused his eyes enough to see Wolverine swaying forward a bit, arms still crossed nonchalantly but body tense, a flash of teeth peeking through his scowl. Oh, the big, bad Wolverine wasn’t so unaffected after all.

Or, the Logan from Wade's timeline isn't actually dead, shows up to confront worst Wolverine Logan, and finds out he's with Deadpool. Wade gets absolutely destroyed by both of them.

Summary
Logan wasn't called ‘The Wolverine’ for nothing. There were the obvious reasons: the sharp claws, the hair - Wade had called them “kitty ears” at the diner and Logan had slammed his head into the shitty plastic table top so hard it had splintered in three places.
His brutal fighting style and super senses. Sometimes his more animalistic traits took the forefront, the ones he allowed other people to see: running on all fours, growling, the never ending beast like rage.
But those weren't where the comparisons ended - just the ones everyone knew about. Logan took great care to shove the rest down, hidden away, too much for even him to stomach. The world liked (or at least tolerated) when he went into an animal frenzy, tearing bad guys down one by one with no effort.
Logan had a feeling they wouldn't be so understanding about the rest.
or, Logan gets feral when he's horny, him and Wade fuck in the Honda Odysessy, and now they both have to navigate the perils (and feelings) of living together afterwards.
