Summary
There's an issue with one of the VoxTek systems, and Vox isn't going to let Baxter leave until it's fixed. Baxter doesn't immediately think of this as a problem — it's certainly better than socializing at the party he was supposed to be at — until he realizes that "not letting him leave" also means "not letting him use the restroom".
In the end, Baxter really does almost make it.
(AKA: Vox locks Baxter in a conference room with some laptops and refuses to let him use the bathroom until the issue is solved. Baxter fixes it, but not before he's reduced almost to tears by the need, and when he finally manages to solve the glitch and go to the bathroom, he only makes it into the stall before he's letting go while still fully dressed.)

Summary
In Angel’s profession, there was always a risk for STDs and infections. It came with the territory of mashing crotches with dozens of strangers every week.
It helped that everyone at the studio was tested regularly, so even when something did come up it would at least be contained before it could spread further. In all his years, Angel managed to avoid contracting anything chronic or deadly— not that it could really kill him down here, at least not permanently— but that didn’t make the infections any less unpleasant.
