The sequel to Okay! Yay! I’m sorry it took me a while to update this, but my inspirations been split into a thousand different pieces, you know how it is.
______Being freed from his contract isn’t necessarily a new thing, but it might as well be, with how long he spent under Valentino—Angel’s still adjusting, and as angry as he is, he has enough clarity to realize that he is lucky.
Lucky enough to escape, to have had someone to buy (or forcibly take) his contract.
It’s not enough.
So when Vox comes by the hotel, claiming to have broken up with Valentino, and offering just the opportunity Angel’s been craving, he jumps on it.
Nothing good can come from those seventy one years of pain, working for Valentino—and maybe revenge isn’t actually all that good for him, or his soul, or redemption or whatever—
But goddamn, does it feel like something good.
