A character study told through alternating perspectives across both cities, building toward a reckoning that has been twenty years in the making.
And it’s enormously Silco centric. Don’t be fooled.

“So, you’re no longer Piltover’s lapdog, but mine?” Silco asks, keeping his grip on Vander’s jaw, but drawing one finger down his beard.
Vander looks up at him steadily. “I’m not your lapdog, Silco. I’m your Hound.”
Or the apology letter makes Silco go confront Vander earlier, and Vander is willing to both contemplate joining the fight again and earn Silco's forgiveness through his body if that's what it takes.
