Minho is in a picture perfect relationship with Felix until his best friend returns from Australia.
When Chris see's Felix it's love at first sight, and Minho's world is shattered.“Chris?” Minho said.
No response.
“Baby, I think you should go in our room.” Minho said taking another step toward Felix.
No response.
Frustrated Minho turned to Felix, grabbing his hand.
Felix whined.
In distress.
At Minho’s touch.
Chris growled.
Minho looked between the two of them, his heart shattering in a million pieces. A revelation he refused to accept danced along the edges of his conscious mind.
No. No. No.
This couldn’t be happening. This could not be fucking happening. He shoved the thought away as his heart broke apart.
Minho carefully set the beer down on the hardwood floor. He had no further use for it.
“Baby?” His voice wavered, dangerously close to breaking.
Felix was walking toward Chris like he was a magnet. Like he couldn’t help himself.
Felix was still wearing Minho’s shirt.
Felix was wearing Minho’s scent.
Felix wasn’t Minho’s anymore.

“…I’m not allowed to pop a knot,” he blurts out, unable to take the expression on the omega’s face.
The response he gets is a quick succession of blinks, and a confused head tilt. “Not allowed?”
Minho shuts his eyes, and explains. “Me and my friends have a stupid bet going. None of us are allowed to pop a knot for the whole month.”
Jisung is silent for a moment, eyes quizzical as he searches Minho's face for any hint of a joke. When he finds nothing, he huffs exasperatedly. "You're being serious." A statement, not a question.

Minho's birthday is tomorrow, so like the good boy he is, Jisung obviously planned a surprise for him. Granted, he used Minho's money to acquire the gift, but he doesn't think it will really matter.
Felix helped him pick out the tattoo, pretty, cursive letters, set to rest right under his navel, only able to be seen if the waistline of his pants are tugged down. Indubitably something for Minho, and Minho alone.

Summary
Well, again, he shouldn't count much on his lucky, so when the emcee finally stops by his side, his heart is pounding like crazy as Denise shouts her first bid and Jisung is fast to make his own, a few more people make their bids and the numbers get progressively higher, he watches as his friends start to look at each other worriedly, until a smooth voice cuts through the noise and then everything goes deathly silent, all eyes turn to find Mr. Hwang, who's sitting comfortably on his seat, that small smirk curling his plush lips as his dark eyes stare right at Felix.
For a long moment no one says a word, and then, the emcee counts down and declares that Mr. Hwang won.
Or: Felix is put up for a date auction on his company and has to go on a date with his boss.
