The fire crackled.
“Henry?”
He craned and lifted his head to look at Hans, the man sitting in his bed with his knees up as if he were a child alone in their crib – small and scared. Henry continued to shift, lifting himself up now on his elbows while he kept his eyes on his friend. “Sir?”
Hans laughed, the sound wet and choked. “Do you ever get that feeling you won’t be here for long?”
Henry frowned as he swung his legs over the side of the cot. He pulled the blankets off him as his feet hit the cold wooden floors. “What do you mean?”
Hans shrugged. It was barely an answer, one done with eyes cast to the side as if shamed by even asking the question. “I don’t know.”
“Still thinking about the hanging?”
Another laugh, this one less wet and more bitter. “Hard to think of anything else.”

“I’ve been thinking about this the entire day, m’Lord,” Henry's voice was low and raspy now as he spun them around, pushing Hans down on his knees in front of him and, God, how Hans loved when Henry took control over him. When his lust for him was so strong that he completely forgot the fact that Hans was his lord and not the other way around. “You on your knees… Your lips around my cock.”
