It started pretty early on when Sinclair went to the sorta back alley restaurant. He wasn't sure on what he would find, since he just wanted to try something different that day. Food in a new place on his way back from his day-to-day.
He's greeted by bickering of an older, grizzly sort of man, and a woman not too far off from his age bickering. Weapons were waving around a little too freely and he almost backed out entirely, but...The food smelled, really nice. Lead by his stomach first and foremost, he found his way to a table as their fighting, whatever it was about, filtered off.
The man comes over, and Sinclair feels his entire self pause.

Let's say they'll be used to get as much money as they can get from the company they work for. A pretty little mermaid that can, if the client is right, get far more money than they're actually worth. He tells his lowers to get in order or they're gonna get it; because that person is coming, and regardless of who it is, the mission is to capture, not kill. Not yet.

She got up to get her hair out of the ponytail it was in and cleaned up, and only when she was about to leave did she hear a noise that made her yelp.
It was a metallic sort of screech, like gears were grinding and metal was tearing apart. She dashed back over and saw the android she was fixing was glowing now, eyes put on a setting way too high and she dashed over to start fixing that. It’s only after a minute of twiddling around does she realize that god-awful sound was her method of talking.
She started digging around the small parts, finding a chip for speech, and fixed it in with a basic weld. The screeching stopped.
Then it just started to speak. “...Am I…Understandable, now?”
“Yes. God, sorry.” She wipes herself off with a towel, tossing it god-knows where. “I didn’t mean to just…I thought you’d have some kind of on switch. I wasn’t going to flip it until I fixed you completely.”
“I have an on switch. However It was taken out years ago and has not been found since.”
Ishmael groans. “Of course. You got an id number?”
“32878.”
“Geez, you’re an older one for sure…People don’t go that low in the range- what’d you do?”
