Kanan nodded in agreement before standing up to leave—presumably on his way to fill in Zeb—but not before resting his hand on Hera’s shoulder and giving it a squeeze. She reached up to clasp his hand and return the pressure, just a moment of calm in the curious new storm they'd found themselves in. Then Kanan stepped out, leaving Hera with her dredged up memories and wondering how in the world they were going to convince Sabine to trust them.

'She was Arizona Robbins and so she would never be allowed to be sad. There was no room to mourn or be angry or sad or be scared because those weren't the traits of Dr. Robbins. She wasn't allowed to feel those things.
Arizona traversed the streets in a haze, the radio in her car muttering about another school shooting. Arizona switched the radio off in a fit of threatening tears. She couldn't cry.
Arizona Robbins did not cry.
