Summary
It was dark, well past midnight, but they had just enough light from the nearby parking lot to see the goal. They had been out with the team celebrating not having a Saturday match for the first time in months. At some point between the fourth and fifth shot at the club Jamie had started insisting he was still better on target in his current state than anyone else on the team. After his third declaration most of the team had started ignoring him, most except Dani.
Which is how they found themselves out in the dark on the training pitch hunting for stray balls under the bleachers.

“I might have messed up.” Jamie breathed out, handing the half empty glass back to Dani and ignoring the look Van Damme was giving him.
“What did you do?” Dani asked curiously.
