After the previous nights events, Anya is worried sick about her crew. Curly's worried it there might be a bit more to it than that.

Ayo my closing manager tried to stop me but I survived cause I'm insane
Anywho sorry this took a minute, but this ended up opening an entire arc and reprise issue and honestly I'm really glad I could give Anya a cool animal metaphor cause literally everyone else gets one
(Curly with the fish and tongue eating louse, Swansea with the swan killing their injured young, and fuck it, imma say Daisuke with Laika cause you can't tell me that symbolism ain't for him)

Anywho this next issue hopefully has less research and existential rumination cause it's like "the ham radio and vague parent lore chapter" (like a part two to operation cockpit)
