its been 3 years since yohan left with elijah leaving behind his associate judge with a promise
Gaon still remember the exact words
“Do a good job otherwise i will return "
in these 3 years gaon worked very hard to build a system that will not need kang yohan he still has'nt succeed but he thinks that he is doing a good job since yohan haven't returned yet he is doing his best
he is satisfied with his life which only revolve around work gaon was always an introvert he didn't liked socializing . Soo hyun was his only friend he still can't forget her sometimes he also thinks about his life with kangs they were like a family his comfort place his home. its hard to decide who does he miss more yohan , elijah or soo hyun he just miss all of them but he can't have them soo hyun is dead yohan and elijah busy in their own lives sometimes he thinks why would they not contact him not even a message but then the rational part of his brain tells him thats its dangerous yohan is dead for the world thus life goes on these 3 years pass by soo quickly in the blink of an eye with the same routine work, eat ,sleep Repeat
sometimes he meet up with oh jin joo since she was the only remaining person not so often after months they will meet for dinner whenever jin joo visit him from her hometown
Gaon was sitting on his desk reading a case file when his phone vibrated with a message from an unknown number
“i am in korea see you at dinner . Elijah "
He can't believe his eyes elijah is in korea the remaining day at work feels like a whole year he was so desperate to go home usually he leaves work at midnight but today he leaves for home at 7 stopping at a grocery shop he reaches home at 8 and start making dinner after he finished making dinner he takes a shower .he was drying his hair when the door bell rang he left his hair wet and literally fly to the door
Elijah was standing there with a beautiful smile on her
“Gaon!" she hugged him immediately without wasting any time gaon hold her so tight like his life depends on it
“i missed you ” he breathed in her strawberry smell he feels like he was finally home
“i missed you too " elijah sighed still holding him tight. wait elijah was hugging him she was standing gaon moves back in a shock
Oh my God elijah you are standing he says in a shock

he hugged her again with too force this time he was so happy after a very long time
“let me breath do you wanna strangle me to death"
elijah said breaking the hug
Gaon muttered a quick apology and let her in closing the door behind
“so what are you doing in korea and how did yohan allow you to come here alone ?”he said sitting beside elijah on the sofa
“i am visiting you obviously "
“you only come to korea to visit me ? " gaon asked
“obviously i know i am late sorry i was waiting for my treatment to be completed so i can visit you "
“you are not late you came for me and thats enough " gaon said holding her hands
“come on lets eat dinner " gaon said standing up
“you should pack the dinner we will eat it at home driver will be here any second pack some of your cloths too you should live with us for the time being till we go back " elijah said
“we??? is yohan back too ?" he asked dumbfoundedly
“obviously did you think he will allow me to come here alone go pack your things i will pack the food hurry driver is already here "
elijah goes towards the kitchen
gaon hurried towards the room and start packing
he just wanted to fly towards the mansion he can't wait to meet yohan its been soo long
on the way to the mansion elijah keeps talking about all the things happened in the 3 years they were apart but he can't focus his heart was beating soo loudly with excitement like a little child who is excited for his favorite ice cream they reached the mansion
“i will serve the dinner you should go get yohan from his study " elijan advised
Gaon was already on the way towards the stairs eljah just shakes her head with a smile playing on her lips and makes her way towards the kitchen
Gaon reached the door his heart was beating so loud in his ears he was having goose bumps he tried to calm down his nerves and opened the door
His eyes spoted the familiar figure behind the desk standing facing the window
At the sound of the door yohan turned and found gaon staring at him like a lost puppy
“you are he-"his sentence was cut off in between when a body was crashed into him with so much force he stumbled back
“yohan " gaon tightend his arms around yohan's neck leaving no space between them“i missed you soooo much "he felt the older's body relaxing in his touch he let out a sigh in relief
“Gaon-ah ”yohan said holding gaon by his waist and burried his head in the younger's neck inhaling his scent
They were holding each other with no words spoken just feeling each other's warmth no one ready to let go first .
They were finally home
