Bart kicked in his chair. "Geez Bart can you stop acting like a child?" Kon whispered as he flicked through the menu. "Then why do you have to pick out what we both eat. It's not my fault you're treating me like a child!" Bart protested. Any other time they go out to eat, Kon would let Bart choose. He had no issue with it, nor did he ever tell him no. Unless it was the most sugariest thing off the menu and they were here for a nice dinner. Other than that he didn't care. But this time was different. He got the idea from Tim, a spaghetti kiss. Him and Steph done it on their first date.
"Trust me, you're going to love what I pick out!" Barts facial expression remained a frown. "Cmon..." Kon begged. "Fine, it better be good." Kon smiled as he watched the waitress make her way to their table. Wait, she looked very familiar. "CASSIE!?" Kon screamed. "Whats with all the screaming thats my- CAASSIIIE!?" Bart screamed. "What? I cant have a job.." Cassie smirked. "I didn't know you worked here.." Kon tried to calm himself down. He doesn't know why Cassie scared him so much. Bart on the other hand was messing with the condiments on the table.
"Look, are you going to order or what? I don't have all day.." Cassie jokingly rolled her eyes. "Ah yes, we would like spaghetti." Kon smiled as he glanced at Bart. "Oh, i'll be sure to make it special..." Cassie grinned. Bart eyes lit up. "Wait spaghetti!? I don't even like spaghetti Kon!!" Bart whined. "Bart trust me, this spaghetti will be good." Kon reassured trying to calm his boyfriend down. "Fine fine fine fine! But i'll only eat it if... it has extra sauce!" Bart smirked. Kon hated the sauce on spaghetti. "S..sure" Kon gave Cassie a nod. "Alright then i'll be here with your food in a little while!" Cassie gleed. Kon almost forgot to ask her.
But Cassie was already gone. Looks like he'd have to ask a different waiter. Kon sighed as he waved his hand in the air. This was much more harder than he thought. Luckily a waiter stopped by their table. The man moved his locs out the way to look at Kon. "And you need?" the man asked dryly. "Do you guys happen to have coloring book or pages.." Kon nervously smiled. "The ones for children sir?" The man asked as he searched for the child present. "I don't see any child?"
Kon rolled his eyes. "My boyfriend really loves to color, I promised him the restaurant we go to will have a coloring book!" Bart then looked at the waiter smiling. "Yeah he promised me!" The waiter rolled his eyes. "Here you go kid!" He dug in his pocket and pulled out three crayons and a coloring page. "Enjoy yourself" Kon could smell the sarcasm on this man. "Im going to fuck him up Bart..." Kon growled. "W..w..wait why!? I don't want you to fight anyone!" Bart choked. That also pissed Kon off. Bart could never tell if someone was being sarcastic with him. It always ticked Kon off.
"Bart that man was trying to be funny.." Kon grunted. "Then maybe he should work at a circus if he wants to be funny.." Bart stuck his tongue out. "What a fucking joke.." Kon thought to himself as he watched the man walk around the place. Kon was going to hurt him. "Spaghetti for the two of you!" Cassie grinned as she placed the food on the table. "Thank you Cass" Kon smiled. "And I didn't forget, extra sauce for you Bart!" Bart squealed, "Here that Kon, EXTRA SAUCE!!!" Kon couldn't stop himself from smiling.
"Enjoy your date you two!" Cassie whispered. "Wait!" Cassie paused and looked at Kon. Kon stood up. "You see that waiter right there?" Kon pointed. "Kenneth, why?" Cassie was confused why Kon was whispering.
Bart stared at the food. Normally would've been finished at this time. But for the sake of Kon, he waited. "Kon enough whispering!" Bart whined. "Im starving over here. And don't tell me to color or pretend the condiments are tiny people!!! I want to eat." Bart cried. "Alright alright calm down Im right here baby." Kon sat down across from Bart. He took offense to this. "Why aren't you sitting next to me?" Bart whined. "Bart stop whining you're too big for that. Plus, how else are we going to eat our spaghetti with EXTRA sauce!" Kon added.
Kon took his time when it came to eating. He was so caught up in Barts eyes. Bart was a fast eater. He had spaghetti all over his face and even some on the table. "Bart could you be a bit cleaner?" Kon giggled. "Uh well we're eating a messy meal! and mind you it has extra sauce!" Bart pouted. "Lets forget that conversation and finish eating.." Kon smiled as he poked at a certain noodle.
"Why is this noodle longer than the others?" Bart raised a brow. "Oh uh... I don't know lets find out and just I don't know suck on it?" Kon instantly regretted his word choice. "Suck.. on.. it?" Bart slowly repeated. "N..no not like that but like slurp it?" Kon tried to make this sound less weird. People were probably staring. "HA! You managed to make eating spaghetti sound dirty!!" Bart cackled.
"Alright very funny, can we eat the big noodle now?" Kon complained. "Wow thats my job, but sure whine baby!" Bart teased. "I don't tease you for whining!" Kon sighed. "I was joking, let's eat the big noodle now." Bart paused. "Hopefully we don't choke on this.." Bart grinned. Kon wanted to slap him. "Enough with the dirty jokes!"
The two boys slurped the spaghetti. Kon grinned as they were slowly getting closer. Bart was confused why the spaghetti wasn't going in his mouth already. Kon felt the noodle rapidly leaving his mouth. Fuck, Bart was moving his mouth much faster. Kon had to think quick. But before he knew it, the noodle was out of his mouth and half way out of Barts.
"You know we were suppose to kiss right? thats the whole point of the noodle being longer.." Kon sighed. "If you wanted a kiss you should've asked!" Bart gleed. Kon was about to explain in full detail how the spaghetti kiss was ruined. However, Bart had other plans. He threw himself over the table and landed on Kons lap. "Heres your kiss whine baby!"
Kon felt saucy plush lips make contact with his. The kiss was more passionate than any other time they kissed. Bart was getting better at this.
Kon broke the kiss. "Wow Bart, your getting better at this" Bart rolled his eyes. "Look, it was one time where I bit your tongue!" Bart whined.
"Okay okay stop whining, whine baby." Kon finally got to tease him back.
"Well can we go home Im kinda full.." Bart muttered
"Gotchu!" Kon smiled as he picked his boyfriend up
Kon was about to cover the bill
"Take my card out my back pocket, I wanna cover it today" Bart muttered
"Oh really?" Kon was astonished
"Yeah whatever gets us home quicker, my pin is easier to remember anyways!" Bart added
"Blah blah" Kon mocked as he pulled the card out

Bart was messing with a flashlight he found while he was cleaning the kitchen. Kon groaned, "Bart turn that light off.. if your tired turn on the night light." Bart forgot to tell his boyfriend they needed a new one. Lets say ... he broke it while playing ball in the apartment. "But Kon I broke it while.. doing some stuff!" Bart complained. "Im scared and.. " Barts sentence was cut short. He felt two large arms wrap around him and pull him into a hug. "Go to sleep." Kon mumbled into Barts hair. Bart didn't say anything. He just relaxed in his boyfriends arm. "Thanks for the date.. goodnight.. I love you" Bart whispered. "I love you to" Kon sleepily replied. Eventually, Bart drifted off to sleep in his Kons arms. When Bart was fully asleep, Kon pulled out his phone. He had an unread message from Tim.
Tim- How was the date? 👀
Kon smiled and began to text him back
Kon- It was amazing, didn't go as planned but it still was the best kiss of my life
Tim laughed at a message
Kon put his phone down and snuggled his boyfriend. Eventually he to fell asleep.
