Can Love Be Found Or Will It Be Lost
Alarm rings out singling time to wake up. Tap tap tap tap tap plays across the glass and walls of the home. The house gently sways with the wind as if it was dancing to the rain. The pale light fought for its right to shine down on the morning as people and creatures woke from their slumber. Off in the distance cars moved in the small-town heading for their daily routines. Everyone that is seen moving on the sidewalks are dressed for the rain and also the fact that it's the beginning of fall. Leaves that have changed color come loose and dance in the air. Some land on the ground silently. Some fall on to vehicles or windows to add some of their colors. Still some caress the faces of humans as they tumble to the earth. Just another normal day here in Washington State.
The young man gets himself dressed in clothing he had purchased before moving into this home. His hair still the same black mess on his head. Though his eyes don't shine quite as bright anymore. Too much death, violence, and betrayal has left him hard to see any silver lining. Which is why he choose for once in his life to step forth and make himself his own life. Not one that others wanted for him. Not something held over his head. No, his. He only hoped he did not screw up this chance.
After eating a proper breakfast of eggs, bacon, and toast he leaves his small home out in the forest. Getting into a cherry red Kia, He heads on over to the local high school. Once there he heads inside with his head down. Reason being he is looking at the paper he was given when he registered for classes. He looks up as he reaches the door to head on inside. Ignoring everyone else in the parking lot. He is hoping for a easy day.
