"Kim Dokja."
"Hm?" Even though he answered, it was clear that Kim Dokja had not given the writer enough attention.
He just scrolls through his phone and reads Webnovels like he usually does.
"What you reading?" She leaned her head To observe his cell phone. Kim Dokja immediately stood up and raised his cellphone high. Don't ask the reason why Han Sooyoung can't reach it.
"Um... Just this and that."Han sooyoung looked at him suspiciously, "You shouldn't be reading anything other than my novel, you damn cheater! Who's that fucking author who stole my rea--"
The man then took out a lemon candy from his pocket and put it in her mouth, Kim Dokja chuckled, "You are a possessive author."
"You won't answer me?"
"Nah, also... technically it's not someone else's novel."
"So it's mi--"
"Nah, You're not the author."
"Kim Dokja..." Han Sooyoung growled like she was ready to claw at him. But Kim Dokja still doesn't seem to intend to tell her, until Yoo Sangah returns with the kids.
Topic immediately changed about the story of Lee Gilyoung who got punished for accidentally summoning a cockroach colony on Lee Jihye's idea. Shin Yoosung kept saying she had nothing to do with it, even though Lee Gilyoung said one of the reasons he did that was because of the bet with her.
"Alright, kids... You guys Shouldn't have done that, I've been to your school 3 times this month," Kim Dokja said. Being a Caregiver of 3 children at once was not as easy as he thought. Yoo Joonghyuk was supposed to be Lee Jihye's Caregiver, but the man flatly refused and said he's enough with Yoo Mia.
Yoo Sangah stop laughing and turned at Han Sooyoung. Her face twisted and Frowning. "Did you two fight?" She asked.
Kim Dokja glanced at Han Sooyoung and waved his hand while chuckling. "We're always fighting."
"Noona, My teacher said. Humans will become shorter if they stay up late and if they too grumpy." Lee Gilyoung said.
Han Sooyoung folded her arms in front of her chest looked at the boy in annoyance. "You should told that to the person who made me like that."
Kim Dokja sweating, "Sooyoung-ah~ don't say things like that." He was really sensitive when it came to the 13 years that Han Sooyoung had spent without sleeping.
Han Sooyoung stood up and pointed at Yoo Sangah. "Is Yoo Joonghyuk in the kitchen?"
Yoo Sangah thought for a moment before answering. "He's not always in the kitchen, Sooyoung-ssi. But I think he's there now."
"What do you need from Yoo Joonghyuk?" Ask Kim Dokja.
Han Sooyoung laughed evilly and replied with an annoying face. "I was craving something fishy." And she walked straightly into the kitchen.
Immediately there was a commotion from there, a commotion from two voices that Kim Dokja knew very well. After about 10 minutes-- or so. Yoo Joonghyuk with a bent face followed Han Sooyoung from behind while carrying a blue bucket.
"Where are you guys going?" Kim Dokja asked Yoo Joonghyuk, but before the former Regressor could say anything, the woman next to him shut his mouth with her hand.
"Just mind your own business!" She said which made Kim Dokja rolling his eyes in annoyance. Especially when that Woman turned to his children and spoke in a lower tone. "Would you guys like to come with us, kids? I promise, it's going to be fun." While saying that, Kim Dokja could see the corners of Han Sooyoung's lips being raised, it was clearly a provocation.
Lee Jihye said 'yes' without a second thought, while Lee Gilyoung looked excited after hearing 'fun'. The two immediately ran to their room to change clothes. Only Shin Yoosung was silent looking doubtful.
"Will Ahjussi also come?"
"No, he can't come. He doesn't have Abs."
Kim Dokja shouted, "hey! What do you want from my kids to do on a trip--who must have abs--without me?"
Han Sooyoung looked at Kim Dokja and Yoo Joonghyuk's torso alternately, then shook her head sadly. "Han Sooyoung..." Kim Dokja growled tiredly.
"If Ahjussi don't.. I--" Shin Yoosung played her fingers hesitantly, and Yoo Sangah gently grabbed her shoulder.
"It's okay, I'll come with you. I only have a thin Abs, Is that okay?" She asked Han Sooyoung.
Han Sooyoung smiled triumphantly. "Yeah, better than nothing."
"Umm.. how did Ahjumma know that Ahjussi doesn't have Abs?" Shin Yoosung asked innocently.
Han Sooyoung, Kim Dokja and Yoo Joonghyuk looked the other way. Until Yoo Sangah spoke first, "That's because Sooyoung-Ssi took care of Dokja-ssi for so long while he in hospital, right?"
"Ooh, yes! That's right." Han Sooyoung laughed dryly.
Yoo Sangah looked at the three idiots while shaking her head.
When the kids were ready, they're really gone and left Kim Dokja alone in the living room. Dokja really didn't expect they to just leave and didn't ask him if he didn't want to come or anything.
But Kim Dokja felt better when Jung Heewon and Lee Hyunsung came home with a large packet of spicy Tteokbokki. "Where are the peoples?" Jung Hee Won asked.
"Go to the Abs club." Kim Dokja replied while putting Tteokbokki into his mouth, then he put on a sour face when he saw Lee Hyunsung's innocent face and muscles that were clearly visible even though he didn't intend to show it off.
Kim Dokja glanced at Jung Heewon, then shook his head. It seems like all the adults here have abs except for him.
"Then Gong Pildu can't come." Lee Hyunsung said.
Kim Dokja smiled. "Yes! That Ahjussi doesn't have one either!"
Jung Heewon and Lee Hyunsung didnt understand the meaning of the sudden self-confidence. and just continue eating Tteokbokki while hoping Yoo Joonghyuk will home before Dinner.
