“Come ooooooooooooooon Shepard. It’s a holiday from your planet, everyone is going. And if you want to get into Afterlife at all, you have to wear a costume.”
“It’s not a holiday for Adults. Little kids go around in costumes begging for candy. Adults just use it as a chance to put on some stupid sexy costume and get drunk. I can do that here.”
“Oh, so we’re having our own costume party?” Tali didn’t stop her motions. She knew that Shepard meant getting drunk not the costume but she still couldn’t help needling the other woman a little bit.
“You know that’s not what I meant, Tali.”
“So you would rather sit all by yourself and get drunk than come out with all of us and look amazing while you do it. Thane’s coming too, you know.”
She could see the Commander's attention shift immediately. Her head popped up almost comically fast and Tali had to suppress her giggles.
Finally Shepard spoke.
“He is?”
