Work Text:
Once
I was Barba Negra's wife
He was a man
Respected by many,
hated by most
He wanted fame,
money,
and more
But above all,
he had a reputation
that he protected the most
A faithful husband
who keeps his votes,
but once I caught him
he couldn't lie anymore
Even if he loved me,
his reputation he loved more
So I died with his bullet
deep in my lungs
And praying forgiveness
saw me sank like a stone,
so he can keep his secret
and go on with another love
But every men who comes
with their boats right above
that driven by lust
forgets about his votes
can no longer pray for forgiveness
as I rip out their tongues,
waiting for my husband
who loved me the most
