Izuku Midoriya had made it. He did it! He made it into UA! With a bright smile on his face, he took his first steps onto the campus…. And we all know what happens. Down he falls. The freckled boy chokes slightly as he’s caught by the back of his shirt collar and pulled back up.
“Are you okay?? You need to be more careful!” a short boy with bright amber eyes and gravity defying green hair scolds him softly. He looked too young to be here, but he was wearing the uniform and got past the security gates… gah! What is he doing judging the person who just helped him??? He became even more confused when steam began to come out of the boy’s ears “ugh!! I can’t keep up with your mumbling!”
Oh. OH- “i-i’m so sorry about that! I-it’s just a thing i do sometimes i-” his eyes widened as a calloused hand was slapped over his mouth by another short boy. He hadn’t noticed the pale boy here earlier. Was he here the whole time? The boy narrowed his blue eyes.
“You talk too much.”
Midoriya felt shame course through his veins and visibly deflated.
“Killua!!” The other boy was utterly aghast. So these two know each other? The boy pulled the pale boy’s, now dubbed Killua, hand away from his mouth “don’t be mean!”
“Hey idiot! I’m not being mean!”
“Yes you are!”
“No I'm not!”
“Yes you are!”
“No I'm not!”
As their back and forth continued Midoriya awkwardly stepped away and scurried to find his classroom.

As Izuku entered his classroom, he was greeted by a familiar blonde being scolded by a guy in glasses doing very robotic arm movements. Maybe a part of his quirk?
“You are disrespecting this school!”
“Shut it, four-eyes!”
“I hope it isn’t always this loud here.” Izuku jumped. When had Killua walked in? the white haired boy picked his ear with an annoyed look on his face. He swiftly ignored the screaming from Kacchan that was directed at him and made his way to his seat. “Maybe instead of yelling at me, you should pay attention to the teacher.”
The teacher??? When had the teacher gotten here? Midoriya looked around and squeaked when he noticed a sentient yellow caterpillar- oh- thats just a man- in a sleeping bag?? At the front of the classroom.
“Good eye, Zoldyck. Maybe you should follow his lead. Sit down and shut up.” the gruff man spoke as he wiggled out of his brightly colored sleeping bag.
Izuku rushed to his seat as instructed, as did anyone else still standing. He looked at his fellow classmates. Kacchan was in front of him, and the Kil- Zoldyck kid was seated next to a girl with a black ponytail two rows behind him. There were so many interesting people in this class! So many cool quirks! He was really curious about the invisible girl up in the front row. Was she always invisible? Did her body refract light or draw it in? Was she-
“Oi stupid Deku! Shut up!”
Izuku squeaked and shut his mouth.
“Maybe YOU should shut up.” Zoldyck suggested from the back of the class. Kacchan whipped his head around
“What did you say to me, you albino freak?!” Zoldyck snorted at the nickname
“Can somebody shut this dog up? It’s giving me a headache.” he smirked challengingly at Kacchan.
“how about both of you shut up” the teacher rubbed his temples “anyways..i’m Shouta Aizawa. I'm your teacher. Now go put on your gym uniforms and meet me in the courtyard.”

Izuku was sweating bullets by the end of the training exercise. Zoldyck had gotten first. Izuku had gotten dead last. He cried tears of joy when Mr Aizawa announced that nobody would be expelled.
“Now go get changed and go to english.” Aizawa curled back up into his sleeping bag right there on the courtyard.
As they headed back into the locker room, class 1B were also headed in there. Zoldyck’s eye’s brightened considerably as he went over to the short green haired kid “oi, Gon!”
Gon smiled so bright it practically lit up the whole room “KILLUAAAA!!!” He ran at Zoldyck and tackled him in a hug. Zoldyck, surprisingly, stayed standing. The pale boy blushed brightly and bonked Gon on the head “h-hey! Idiot! Don’t do that! It’s embarrassing!”
Behind them a blonde scoffed “Freecss-san, you didn’t tell me your little friend was in 1A.” he said that with so much disgust.
Freecss, ever the oblivious one, just smiled brighter “Osu! Killua is suuuuper smart!” he nuzzled his friend.
Zoldyck only blushed more “Q-quit it!!” He tried to pry Freecss off of him to no avail. Freecss only grinned mischievously and continued to hug his friend tighter. Both of the classes at least got a good laugh out of this.
When Freecss finally released the white haired boy from the hug, he smiled at him “see you at lunch!” the boy happily skipped over to his locker. Zoldyck huffed and went into a stall to change back into his school uniform.
Izuku nervously approached Freecss and bowed “Th-thank you for catching me earlier, Freecss-san.”
Freecss only blinked “huh? Oh! no problem! And you can call me Gon!”
Izuku blinked “a-alright, Gon-san! Y-you can call me Izuku..” he smiled nervously, but Gon’s bright demeanor just made him feel warm and cozy.
