«Vel, me menneska kaller det for ein «Kvit Løgn». Det betyr at me sei ein løgn for å gjera den andre glad. Den skadar ikkje, og er ikkje like seriøs som ein vanleg ljygn. Den sparar vonde meininger, og hjelper oss å beholde gleden.» Geordi prøve å forklare den på ein relativ forstårleg måta. Data er smart, men nokon gongar kan han lett misforstå.
«Åja…Så i ein slik situasjon eg burde ha sagt at eg syntas at kjola såg fin ut.»

My teacher gave me homework to write a text about white lies, so i decided to submit a fanfic where Data learns that honesty is not always the right thing. This is originally written in Nynorsk - Norwegian, but i will probably write a translation (which will a separate fic) during the next week :3 -

Summary
Au - Where Lore is given a second chance to live on the Enterprise. This happens before brothers, where the Packled ship that rescued Lore sends out a distress call, which the Enterprise picked up. Lore is given a chance to redeem himself, and with the help of Troi, they start going the correct direction.
