On paper, Yoongi and Taehyung were arguably the oddest pair in their seven-person friend group. It was an open secret that they truly had little in common to help them bond unlike their relationships with the others. Left alone, they were amicable at best. They were simply too different for anyone to reasonably expect anything more of them.
And so, when the others started noticing that the dynamic between Yoongi and Taehyung had begun shifting into something unexpected, and unusual even, months after they all met, they couldn't help but squint in confusion, utterly mystified by the development they bore witness to.
Mysteries, after all, were meant to be solved.

“I’m not the one who made it weird, hyung.” Taehyung laughs, but it isn’t mean. “You did that all on your own with your virginity fetish.”
“It’s not a fetish!” Namjoon says, every muscle in his body wound tight. It’s cute, the way he’s so worked up from a little teasing. “It’s– it’s not.”
